Cultivating Tomorrow's Leaders
Weekend leadership workshops provide a transformative experience for Virginia Beach high school students. Over three days and two nights, participants engage in activities and discussions that build essential leadership skills such as communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and conflict resolution. These workshops empower students to make a positive impact in their schools and communities.

The success of these workshops relies heavily on dedicated student leaders who volunteer as staff. These are individuals who have personally experienced the power of leadership workshops and now dedicate their time to ensuring the same for others. Staffs are often supported by alumni and teachers, creating a collaborative and enriching environment.
The Financial Balancing Act
The total cost of a school-based leadership workshop can range from $12,000 to $30,000, depending on participation. This covers transportation, workbooks, materials, meals, and lodging. Student leaders actively fundraise throughout the year, but sometimes a personal registration fee of up to $110 per delegate is necessary.
